Super Smash Flash is a flash game created by Cleod-9. It is possibly the best fan made Super Smash Bros. game available in flash form. It has incredible detail and is loaded with characters and unlockables. There is a few faults (probably limitations in flash coding) like some poor collision detection sometimes and some buggy physics and movement. Play it on Newgrounds here.
The second fan made game called Super Smash X is a flash game by Channel_Cat.
This flash game has potential to actually be a very fun game, but unfortunately Channel_Cat doesn't really pull it off, since Super Smash X is terrible buggy, and very hard to control or do anything for that matter. It is 2 player only. You can play it here.
The third fan made game is called Super Smash Bros. by Shadow Fire Games.
This is a very cool (and sadly unfinished) Game Maker made fan game. There isn't much to do except play around with what's there like fighting the master hand, or doing some target practice. Shadow Yoshi (one of the main developers) has a page download here.

Version 5.5 (or 5.3 going by .zip name)
Here is some screenshots:
I originally found this game in a Gamer Maker Community forum thread here.
The forth game is only really "related" to Super Smash Bros. by name, and it's called Super Smash Bros. Moobershmobby by Ryan.
