Vapour was basically the third-party modification version of Valve's Steam program. Except in Vapour, instead of delivering only Half-Life and Half-Life 2 content, it contained mod downloads for many games. Not only could you download modifications of games, but you could download custom maps for them as well. Here is the complete list of supported mods and custom maps for Vapour:

Vapour has since been merged with another modification driven program called "ModToaster" which is also now obsolete as well. Their merged program is called "Crosus" which works similar to Vapour's interface. You can visit the Crosus site here.
