There is two demos for F.E.A.R. One is a single player demo, and the other is a limited multiplayer demo.
This demo was released on 8/5/2005, and is a whopping 662MB.
This single-player demo for the action-horror FPS F.E.A.R. features an introductory cut scene and a portion of the mission from the full game where you must find and neutralize Paxon Fettel.
This demo was released on 9/28/2005, and is a somewhat more decent size of 462MB.
The F.E.A.R. multiplayer demo includes two maps: DM Factory and CT Facility, and features 16-player support.
This multiplayer demo for F.E.A.R. offers both normal and SlowMo versions of Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Capture the Flag gametypes. The demo also includes both Elimination and Team Elimination gametypes. The deathmatch map "Factory" is meant for 8-16 players, while the map "Facility" is meant for 6-16 players for the CTF gametype. Players can choose from six different starting weapons as they join a new game.
