I found the best way to complete this map is just grab one of the auto turrets, head out into the field and just set it up outside the antlion spawning radius. Now just shoot along side the auto turret. If any antlions do manage to get close enough, just pick up the turret (with it firing), and move back a bit and drop it again. Using this method, I have beat the map without even getting hurt. it's a bit cheap, but works great.

You can also try this method by setting up several turrets outside the base. I found this to be the most fun, but also very easy.
