VapourOffsite Link was basically the third-party modification version of Valve's SteamOffsite Link program. Except in Vapour, instead of delivering only Half-Life and Half-Life 2 content, it contained mod downloads for many games. Not only could you download modifications of games, but you could download custom maps for them as well. Here is the complete list of supported mods and custom maps for Vapour:

Game Modifications

Half-Life1 Mods
Half-Life2 Mods
Doom3 Mods
Quake1 Mods
Quake2 Mods
Quake3 Mods
Quake4 Mods
UT2004 Mods
Battlefield2 Mods
Enemy Territory Mods

Custom Maps

Half-Life2
Half-Life2 Deathmatch
Day of Defeat: Source
Counter-Strike: Source

Vapour has since been merged with another modification driven program called "ModToaster" which is also now obsolete as well. Their merged program is called "Crosus" which works similar to Vapour's interface. You can visit the Crosus site hereOffsite Link.
